About Alex

Alex is our Microbiology Technical Manager. Working closely with our Technical Director, he  oversees the technical applications for operations of the Laboratory.  He also manages our research projects and assay development.

He holds his Masters and Bachelor’s Degrees in Microbiology, which he attained from Auburn University, Auburn Alabama. Alex chose to make Microbiology his career when he was early in undergraduate studies. He found the field fascinating, to which he decided to pursue the major. After receiving his Bachelors, he wanted to further his education and interest in Microbiology. He chose to pursue a Master of Science in Microbiology.

Alex has an impressive ability in performing mental calculations and adds depth to our company with his expansive understanding of microbial diversity and how it impacts the natural environment.  He has ability to think outside of the box and provide insight regarding complex matrices in designing new application methods for our clients, to ensure that what they thought was impossible, can become a reality.
